The only reason I gave this one star is because it was the wrong cartridge for my printer. Despite what the "will this fit your printer?" FAQ box says, this cartridge did not work with my HP psc 1610 all-in-one. It fit all right, but the printer itself told me, "The 96 cartridge is not for use with this printer." The box itself didn't list my printer, so I called Amazon before I opened it. I got the OK to open it, tried it out with the Amazon rep on the line, and it wouldn't work - so he's sending me a shipping label to return it despite my having to open it. This is another reason I love Amazon - they try to make things right when they're at fault, and even sometimes when they're not at fault.
