On September 19th of last year purchased this product and over the course of 6 months found several of these disc to be defective:did not want to contact Sony each time this happened, but rather when the group was finished. Called today and was put on a "classical merry-go-round" for one hour, with each department passing the buck to another.Started with a phone number listed as customer support; they said, you must speak to media and gave me another number; media could not help me and gave me still another number; this gal that I spoke to identified herself as working for Sony Styles and said we are a different company and could not help me either nor had any idea who could.Looked in papers for a non 800 number, called and got the same gal that I had just spoken to.THE ISSUE IS NOT THE MONEY INVOLVED, OBVIOUSLY, BUT RATHER THE TOTAL LACK OF INTEREST IN SATISFYING A CUSTOMER WITH A LEGITIMITE COMPLAINT.
