This product worked great for about 6 weeks. Then, all of the sudden, it just stopped working! In less than 2 months!
I contacted the seller, and they refused to refund, replace, or repair since it had been more than 30 days. They suggested I contact the manufacturer.
I contacted the manufacturer and explained the situation, and... they ignored me. Completely. Not a single reply.
I contacted Amazon, since this is completely ridiculous, and they also refused to help.
Look at these reviews and you'll see a trend -- a horrible product that works for a month or so and then breaks. Nobody will replace it or repair it, and you'll be out of the money. I know it's not very expensive, but that's not the point. I order a LOT of things from Amazon, and for them to offer a product that has gotten such poor reviews and to be totally unconcerned about it is totally unacceptable. I certainly don't plan to stop using Amazon, of course, but I did cancel three months' worth of subscription orders. It may cost me a bit more to buy them locally for the next three months, but being able to reduce Amazon's revenues by $180 is priceless. I'll of course continue to shop on Amazon, but they've missed out on that $180 forever because they sold a crappy $10 part that nobody would stand behind.
